ICC-NSW Board of Directors
The ICC NSW board members are elected every two years through the Annual General Meeting (AGM). The boards consist of an advisory council, a legislative body and an executive team, supported by four committees.

Legislative
(Badan Legislatif)
The legislative team is tasked with defining the organization’s strategic direction, supervising the executives, discussing both the short-term and long-term work plans of the executive team, organising annual general meetings (AGMs) and special resolution meetings, selecting the advisory team and the election committee, and actively engaging in the resolution of any internal or external issues within the organisation.

Executive Team
(Badan Eksekutif)
The executive team is responsible for implementing the organisation’s activities in accordance with its constitution (AD/ART), establishing the necessary executive team members and committees, defining their roles and responsibilities, activating the organisation’s revenue sources, receiving reports on committee activities, and reporting these activities—including the audited financial statement—to the legislative team at the AGM.
